Payment Information

Q.  Can I pay with credit cards?
A.  Yes we except the 4 major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  We also accept checks, but this must be coordinated with our sales team at 888-536-0002 to process the order.

Q.  Must I pay for the beadboard before shipping?
A.  Yes, all orders are processed once they are paid in full.
 

Return Policy

Q.  Can I return my order?
A.    Yes, Please call and discuss the return and when we receive it in good condition we will provide a refund for the product.  The shipping charges are not refunded.
 

Shipping

Q.    Will my beadboard kit ship in one box?
A.    A kit will consist of 3 boxes.  2 boxes of panels and 1 box for the moldings.
 
Q.    How much is shipping?
A.    The shipping price is calculated using FedEx pricing using weight, box dimensions and distance.  The system will calculate the shipping if you enter your city, state and zip code.  Three options will be provide:  a) FedEx Ground b) Freight Curbside Delivery c) Local Pickup.  For large orders the Freight Curbside delivery will be less than FedEx Ground.
 
Q.    What is the standard lead time?
A.    Typically we will fabricate and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Occasionally orders will spike and the lead time will increase to 7+ days.
 
Q.   How long will my shipment take?
A.   Depending on your proximity to our business  in Wolcott Connecticut the shipping time will be 2 to 5 business days.
 
Q.   How will my order be shipped?
A.   The size and weight of the order will determine how it will ship.  Small orders will ship Fed Ex Ground.  Large or heavy orders will mostly likely ship with XPO Logistics or FedEx Freight and are curb side delivery for residential addresses.  Curb side delivery is where the freight carrier will pull the truck up to the curb and the customer will be required to move them from the curb to the house.  The freight carrier will unstrap the pallet and hand the boxes to the customer.
 
Q.   Do you ship to Canada?
A.    Yes,  You can create an account for US and Canadian addresses.  Please call to coordinate Canadian shipping arrangements (888) 536-0002.
 
Q.  What Lengths do moldings ship in?
A.    All our moldings ship in lengths up to 94″.  An 8FT molding is considered 94″ long.  This 94″ limit is based on FedEx and Freight Surcharges of $100 for box lengths 96″ or greater.
 
 

Privacy

Q.    Do you sell my private information?
A.    No. We use customer information only to process orders.  Paypal handles all payment information to ensure the highest level of security.  We also leverage Trustpilot to send customers 1 email 3 weeks after an order is placed so that we can get good customer reviews to provide good customer feedback.  This is the only time we will email customers. We do not sell or share information with other vendors.
 

Emails

Q.    Will I receive a lot of emails?
A.    No you will only receive emails that correspond with your order.  1) email when order is placed, 2) email shipping status 3) Trustpilot email 3 weeks after order is placed for customer review for feedback.  We will not sell or share your emails with 3rd party companies.

Q.    How do I contact American Beadboard with order and installation questions?
A.    Click on the Contact Us to go to the Contact Us page where you will have an option to call, fax or email us with your questions.  If you have attachment you can email them to info@WainscotingAmerica.com
  
Q.    How should I store the Beadboard and Moldings if my room is not ready for installation?
A.     It is critical to store in a dry and low humidity location.  Moisture and water can cause damage and will void our workmanship warranty.
