These Fire Rated Class 1 / Class A V Groove panels have tongue & groove (T&G) joints so when nailed in the T&G the nail heads will be hidden by the next panel. V Groove panels are 5/8″ thick x 7″ wide and are available is 80″ and 94″ lengths.

Description

Ideal application for commercial projects that require Class 1 / Class A flame spread rating. We use a high quality Fire Rated MDF for these panels. We buy our MDF from a US based mill and we fabricate our V Groove panels in our Wolcott, CT millwork shop.

Each V Groove panel has a finish width of 7″. You can purchase 80″ and 94″ lengths. For Ceiling projects you can special order lengths up to 108″.

One side of the panel is V Groove and the opposite side is shiplap. They have a finish width of 7″so when stacked together the V Grooves and Shiplaps will be 7″ on center.

The panels use a tongue & groove (T&G) joint which is awesome because you nail in the tongue and then next panel will hide the nail heads!
